Who we are

Apex Growth Systems, LLC ("AGS," "we") is a Kansas limited liability company that installs lead-response, booking, review, and follow-up automation for home-services and trades businesses. This policy covers our website (https://apexgrowthsystem.com) and the information you give us when you book a call, fill out our contact form, use the calculator or chat on our site, or call, text, or email us.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email, business name, trade, and anything you type into our contact form or booking calendar.
• Your answers on our site: if you use the Revenue Leak Calculator or the "Find your leak" chat, we keep your answers (trade, revenue range, biggest leak, and the estimate the calculator shows) and attach them to your booking or form so we have them on the call.
• Communications: calls, texts, and emails with us.
• Website data: standard analytics such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and the website, ad, or campaign link that brought you here.

How we use it

• To respond to you, schedule and prepare for your strategy call or visit
• To send proposals and agreements and deliver the services you hire us for
• To follow up about our services (you can opt out any time)
• To understand which pages and sources bring us customers, and to improve the site

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

When you give us your mobile number on our form or booking calendar and agree to receive texts, reply to a text from us, or give us your number over the phone, you agree to receive text messages from Apex Growth Systems about your inquiry — booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling, questions, and follow-ups about our services. If you call a live demo number shown on our site and the call is missed, you'll receive an automated text demonstrating how the system works.

• Frequency: varies. Typically a few messages around a call or project, not a steady stream.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You can still call or email us.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose:

• CRM, calendar, forms, and messaging (LeadConnector / HighLevel)
• Email and file storage (Google Workspace)
• Website hosting and security (Cloudflare)
• Analytics (Google Analytics)
• Professional advisors such as our accountant or attorney, when needed
• Legal requirements — if a court, regulator, or law requires it

Data we handle for our clients

When we install systems for a business, we may process that business's customer information (for example, to send a missed-call text-back or a review request) on the business's behalf. That information belongs to the business, is used only to provide our services to it, and is governed by our agreement with that business and its own privacy policy. If you're a customer of one of our clients, contact that business directly; we'll help them respond to your request.

Cookies, browser storage, and analytics

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site traffic. Your calculator and chat answers, and the link that brought you to our site, are saved in your browser's local storage on your device so they can be attached to your booking. Clearing your browser data removes them. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't turn into a project are kept for up to two years. Records for clients are kept for as long as our agreement and tax and legal requirements need.

Your choices

• Ask what we have on file about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep records the law requires)
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or of emails by replying "unsubscribe"

Children

Our services and website are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes
